Selling my 59 bug I put together as a daily driver. Located in Kelowna and is an Okanagan car. Russ from Old Speed in Cali supplied the custom shock towers on the 4 inch narrowed beam. All front suspension parts have been glass bead blasted and epoxy painted gloss black. German king/link pins, dropped spindles, new brakes and dual relief master cylinder converted. added steering dampener and KYB Gas adjusts in the rear, KYB GR2's up front. Drives perfect.
Rebuilt 1600 cc with 041 heads, lightened flywheel, 30 pict. carb for decent fuel economy. 12 volt conversion with 67 wiper motor and all wiring is perfect orignal condition, everything works and looks bone stock. I restored the seat frames, had them glass bead blasted and painted silver beige with Endura polyuratane. new TMI covers. Original headliner is still present and is pretty good. All new window seals and trim. Also has a Volkswagen stamped uncracked windshield which isn't very common to see.

Original pans, original battery tray, original heater channels. Tunnel trans with solid mount which was in when I got it years ago, not my first preference and would be nice to do an update in time.
I went through this car and did all the fuel lines, new clutch, pressure plate, axel seals, boots, you name it. I wanted it to be good to go every day. I have been driving it since March with no issues. I belive the car was repainted in the 90's with a laquer based paint Fjord blue. It fades out for great patina, but could be waxed if someone wanted it shiney.
