I have talked to him a few times. Nice guy.Does not know anything about VW's. He was selling them for a friend of his who thought he was sitting on a goldmine. Those things were too rusty for my liking.

i dont know if i'd call it "the find of the year" (as one guy said on thesamba.com)...but that's not a bad haul. the sc was super crusty, a couple fat chicks and a 21 winder that needs alot of work.

but that barn was an absolute mess. where's the hazmat suits at...?

thats some sweet mold growing on the sun visors!! and that roached sunbug is a real score too ::)... althought those jailbars in the back of the 21'r would make a nice addition to a splitty

i can only imagine the state of the "barn" if these were under a roof yet still covered in snow and ice
the customer is always wrong
