i didnt buy mine from that exact person, i sent mine to a old guy in toronto who did exactly the same thing, it was around the same price too! ive never had mine on a running engine so i dont know how it works, but he did say that its a small armature and that it dont put out many amps but its 12v safe and it looks like the old deal if your after the old looks and brighter lights id say go for it!

mine was from a 55 36er for sure, i cant say about the ebay ads but they totally look like the 36ers to me, also im not sure about the regulator, i cant recall exactly, but i think the old guy said i had to do something internal to it to make it work but it was a few years ago, my memory is getting old!

i just have never liked the looks of a big ol 67 generator
