Members have tried to give you advice and suggestions before without success. In hopes that you're willing to put the advice into action, here are two suggestions for you:
1) Take good photos and lots of them. A small thumbnail or grainy video just goes to show the car exists, it doesn't do anything to give potential buyers an idea of the condition of the car. Photos should show each side of the car, the engine bay, the trunk, and the interior
at minimum[/i]. For an example look at this ad:
http://www.thesamba.com/vw/classifieds/detail.php?id=1223468. To make the car sell faster take photos of the insides of the fenders, the floor boards from underneath (as best you can), the floor boards and the battery area from inside the car under the carpets. You're out there with a camera, it takes an additional 2min to take these photos.
2) Answer questions about the item. Questions might arrive to you via forum posts, private messages, email or even the telephone. You need to reply to the questions with as much detail as you can. We are in the computer age, and vehicles are now sold via photos and emails, not in-person visits. The in-person inspection these days are more a final inspection to confirm the seller is honest and the car matches photos/description. Gone are the days of circling ads in the paper and spending a weekend driving around looking at potential purchases.
