Ok guys due to reponse to me proposing a Top 10 List I have created one. Rules are simple and can be found at my site

I've pretty much followed the Cal-Look's guidelines with a few modifications.

Bookmark it as I am SURE there will be a lot of updates over this season!

good job james.

this is strictly acvw's and no water, correct?

all acvws on the same top ten? (turbo, nitrous, n/a)

i think it's a great idea for some good friendly fun. it will be neat to see the constant dethroning and rethroning of the top 3 and see the ranks constantly change.

Yes Air only.

I think the top portion will stay pretty consistant - the main arena will be the mid to low spots I can see the 5-10 spots changing almost every weekend.

Yes open to ANY streetable car regardless of helpers - If the list ever got big enough it could be expanded to have seperate classes. N/A - Helper

so is this list updated after each mission race event ?
do you need too register to be on the list?because there has been 3 people post times already this year?
photos and info?
car has too be a bc registerd car?
or is it just going too be write in order .ie first ---second spot---etc

i like it that no mater who runs a aircooled bug down the track they get recognised and others can look at there times and know if they have a similar set-up who is there dirrect competion ,that way everyone can join in
and be involved not just the top ten.
not trying too be a yahoo just thinking out load

Yup updated weekly as I have no life :)
No need to register just email the info needed (Name,Time,MPH,Date) If people want a profile of their car they can send that info along at that time and I will publish it as well.
In order to make the list the email should come directly from the car owner, I don't want to post any second hand information and have it wrong.

So say \"Joe Blow\" sends me an email tonight saying he ran a 15.021 at 78.345MPH he would automatically be in #1 spot as he is the only one to \"register\" by sending me an email with the info.

I want to keep it fairly informal and friendly - if enough people participate I will get a trophy of some sort made for the winner as of a specific date (like when Mission shuts down for the year)

And yes I would like to keep it BC registered - unless there is enough call for it to expand. I don't want to take anything away from the Cal-Look list as I see it as being the true Top 20 List that people would strive to be on. This is more for our community. Lord knows we smack talk each other enough, we need some sort of competition.

i like the sounds of keeping it local
its nice too have FORUMS/CLUBS/SPEEDSHOPS/TRACKS in our own back yard.
and take full advatage of it all , instead of reading and listenning too it hapening everwhere else and wishing you could be apart of it.

Which link - If you mean the side bar on the left you can only click away from the current page (if your on the top 10 list page that lin kwon't be availible but others will)

Is that what you mean?

The car runs fantastic..I've been away for awhile(Mexico) and am looking forward to insuring it and putting on the miles. BTW, no smoke at all..
