Just had a copy sent to me with teh GCVWS coverage.
Four full pages with lots of photos! Nice shot of Darren D at the start line, wheels up shot of the "Gaunch Launcher" Jasons split, Brian's Fiat and lots of others!
Not sure where you can get it but's worth looking for.

The Dec issue I have has a diff cover but thats the Magazine! Hope you can find it local but if not you can get them online.

I read a ton of car magazines every month from English publications which are amazing like PVW, Ultra VW, to Golf +, All the Hemmings Magazines, Rodders Journal, Classic Motorcycle Magazines and lots of others, and i have to say Hot VW's sucks balls.

The only time i buy it is when Great Canadian is in it, I used to buy it ever month starting in the early 90s until about the mid 2000s when VW Trends died. Since that point Hot VW's have become so lazy with the lack of local competition and the mag just isnt worth the $6 bucks. I would rather pay $15 for PVW.

P.S. Nice Bronze (port rose metallic) Audi on the spine of the 1st/2nd page of Great Canadian Coverage in Golf +

I ordered my Ultra VW and the Golf+ magazine on Feb 1 on the internet, and they both arrived today...WOW!!!! That was fast.

Great coverage from the European magazines, it really is too bad Hot Vw's didn't publish much.

For you guys that can't wait, order them online.

Dude that is the SPECIAL RAIN CAMERA, its like 200 bucks thats alot for a mag like "Hot Vw's" to cover for just one Vancouver show............
I really don't think they have that kind of money

I'll still take another Ultra VW. Can't have to many when your car is in it.
Here is the picture of the Gaunch Launcher in Ultra VW. I really wanted to get that 10 second run in, but the floating valves had a different plan, and the extra 4psi only made it worse, it ran slower with more boost than when it had less boost. Ohwell, Peter K from the Edmonton area will get to run for the 10 second slip now cause he is the new owner of it.
