I've heard of these and heard they are useless. It's like sticking a hair dryer on your engine. You might aswell use a leaf blower, a lot cheaper too. Either way though you're using electrical power to make more power, if you do the math at 12V you need 160+amps just to run the thing  If you google electric supercharger the word "scam" comes up over and over
Personally I'm not a fan of these or superchargers, turbochargers make sense IMHO, you're using energy that would normally be lost.

Just run an intake hose from your fan shroud. The faster you go, the more forced induction.
