in the order of weight control it seams too go like this
original starter -to -high torque starter -to- new bosch unit
this unit is a direct replacemnt starter and is smaller and lighter than the original and high torque
any try one of these ,curious as per the wweight differances?
if so may be a greatr product for airspeed to carry

Jim, We have had them for a year or more. They are very light (plastic housing) and seem to work well.
Next time your in i'll show ya one.
Still waiting on the retainers.....I'll call again tomorrow.

well ther you go ,airspeed is on top of it already.i must be getting old .
its taking me too long too catch on to things.
