Signs Of Riding In A Really Fast Car
« on: May 06, 2004, 12:31:30 PM »
 So I got a ride in what I probably consider one of the fastest cars I've ever tried to hold onto the other night. So I just want to clarify the symptoms.

1. Uncontrollable laughter and giggling like a school girl as the driver juices the throttle and the car goes exploding forward.

2. Visual stimulas. The realization that holy F*ck! your coming up on that car really really fast.

3. G-force. The feeling of being slammed back into your seat and having to hold onto the door handle to prevent from flying into the roll bar.

4. Sound: The sound of a revving engine and blowing by other cars on the road and then having them pull up next to you and go \"Holy cow what the hell is in that thing?\" Or NICE CAR!

5. Movement. Exploding in all gears and revving up to 8 grand. Having the car go sideways into second gear and having it slide all over the road and cleanly break the tires loose and having them chirp as they grip again. Also a bit of axle hop and chirping the tires into 4th gear.

6. Braking stimulas. The feeling that your going to fly through the windshield if you don't keep your feet planted against the firewall...

And your all wondering if I got a ride in the hulk right? Well.. I got a ride nia bmw that could definatly keep up to it

If this car was modded even further it would kill the hulk in the corners... Still though a 2100lb car with 260 hp would be freaking insane.. this one only has about 190hp
As for what you said Geoff. I've been waiting a long time at Riverview so I can get off airspeed therapy lol
Oh yeah the car? Well heres the business end

straight line gun shooting speed (aka...I just wet my pants speed :P)

Trust me Kirin, If you have the balls to go for a ride in the Hulk, you'll think that M3 was standing still. If you don't believe me I'll show you my undies from that day as I have framed them to remind me never, ever build a car that fast.

Hey Kirin,

Al told me that that car is putting out about 220 hp. I'm just sorry I missed out on the joy rides!

Oh well, time to get the big block dodge out of storage.

You can only be entertained so much though for going fast in a striaght line..
I'm not going to get into an arguement... but my own personal preferance is being able to carry speed through out the corners not blasts down the striaght aways. But all out power is pretty freaking awesome anyway.

If you read carefully you would see I contradicted myself therefore saying.. Theres nothing like a quick blast in a striaght line to assert yourself of the raw power a certain forest green 65 beetle posesses. Now if that isn't brownnosing I don't know what is.
