1200 Engine
« on: August 28, 2010, 05:35:07 PM »
Not sure of the history of this engine except that it powered my 1964 from Edmonton to Vancouver at the beginning of the year. Yesterday I swapped it with my single port 1600 (thanks, Steve) and now have to get rid of the 1200, as it is living in my shed (the back of my bus).

Number on genny pedestal: D040196

Crankcase 'sump' has 'Mexico' on it

Note: I will likely keep the heater boxes, coil, regulator and air cleaner (anyone want to swap the one in the photo for a 'right hand' air cleaner?). All else included.

What's it worth to you? I really don't know, but how about $180?

Mark
