Sold, Manx Buggy project.
« on: August 27, 2010, 10:34:20 AM »
Hello, Bought a manx about 8 years ago and never got to the project. I has been sitting for over 20 years.
I am picking it up from the inside storage this weekend.  mostly complete but needs total rebuild, it is a project.
It has a dual port engine but it wont turn over. I was told it was a early buggy. I have a bill of sale but no registration at this time.  Asking $2500.00. New price $1999.00 obo

thanks
Lawrence

I admit I dont know enough to tell you a year of the pan. Someone would have to take a look and let us know. As per rust it has been inside all these years but the edge of the pan looked a little rough. The car looks like a project someone started and never finshed, only real damage is the headlight mounts (fiberglass) they would need repaired.

thanks

From the pics that I've seen I am very certain it is an original Manx.

BTT.  I will be out in WhiteRock showing the buggy wednesday 26th in the evening if anyone interested in buying would like to take a look. I will be there from 7-9pm. send me a message on my neonman45@hotmail.com address and I will send you my number.
I decided it is too nice to part out, If it does not sell I might have to get it running and road worthy.

thanks

Going through the process right now with another car.  I have been told that I can put it in my name but can not sell it until vehicle inspection is done.  If the car does not sell soon I will start the process on it as well.

Thanks
