Long story short, I have a line on a '52 International truck. Parts wise...how much of a problem am I getting into?
Price is right, would make a sick ride in full patina.

Is this the one?
http://vancouver.en.craigslist.ca/van/cto/1831909209.html
There might not be too many around the lower mainland but there are lots back east. I see the odd one in the interior. Can't remember if the junkyard/old car place at the west end of Keremos had one or not but I bet they would know what is around their area. Google the model # and find a site with a master parts list thread and see what is out there. PartsVoice is your friend.
Rock auto seems to have a fair # of Cornbinder parts if it is a 110 or similar. Just a matter of hooking up with the right site. Many of the truck parts interchange with the implement vehicles too.
I have an old Dodge and I regularly get parts from a variety of places in the mid west US. Even have guys that will pull parts at junk yards and ship them to me.
Good luck.
PS
If it were me I would join a site like this and ask the question. Bet you would get lots of advice on what to look for etc.

Can't exactly say how many, but I've seen more than a couple north of Edmonton near my aunt and uncle's farm. I think they were a common vehicle in that era for farmers! I thought there was a wreckers in Lamont Alberta that had some.... years ago.

Thanks for the links!
A friend owns a couple, and it looks like we might make a trade for some items. haha, I seriously do not need a '52 truck. But what the heck, why not!?!
