if i change the main jet, do i have to change the idle jet as well? i'm trying to pass aircare.the mechanic told me to change it by 3000 but what is that in metric. if i'm putting out to much gas do i put in a smaller jet? i called avr but he didn't seem to know. some input would be appreciated. is there a stock size jet in the kadron carbs?

Whenever changing jets for Aircare, always play with the idle jet. Never touch the main jet, the loaded test never gets any car onto the main cct. Regardless of the carb.
What idle jet do you have right now?
