This may be silly quest. But before I get the drill out. With a 'two prong' or'terminal' antena should it be positioned up and down or should it be placed on an angle? I don't know if this is preference or a factory look? pLS KEEP chuckles to yourself.......

Antennas were not instaled by the factory, dealers instaled them when you bought a radio. They can go either way.

Nope im not that person, I was just hinting that maybe you ought to introduce yourself and your project, maybe people can give you some further insight into your quest if they knew more about what your up to! Good Luck with your car.

Sorry. My bad.. .  lol_hitting.Hello everyone. Thanks for your link. And to Geoff for your input. It's not really a project, has been in my barn for the last decade. Other than the few rural farm road outing's. It just has to lose the Miami Vice color... Thank-you again for your advice. Sorry.Your post VWchris went right over my head. I gotta say. I'm luv'in the slight angle.... look. Take care.
