Torch Run

Here is some pictures of my son Colton doing the torch run on Friday.It was a experience of a life time for him and us. Enjoy Thomas :D

My newfew Zach wast the final torch bearer last night and after getting the torch from Betty he got to light the cauldron... pretty cool for a 14 yr old!

Thats great we were at the opening ceramonies last night and the lighting of the torch was one of the best parts.

I feared it might look like the previous opening ceremonies! I saw Zach had to climb up to get on the rising platform, was he supposed to be on it and then it rise up? He did a great job!

Let's just say his mom hasn't stopped bugging hom about it. They PVR'd it and keep replaying that for him! He still denies it...

The torch cost $400 but is worth every penny. I have already got it work out how to hook the gas backup so we can flame on!!!!:D
