the things i liked most about the spring thaw was the extremely friendly group of folks that participated, the incredibly diverse range of vintage vehicles, the detailed route map with history highlights, the amazing roads, the different climates and terrain, and the feel of spirited participation without it being competitive! plus, quite a few local acvw & porsche people took part and last years turnout was way bigger than expected...which means 2010 will be off the hook!!
