My parents are selling their place so my old man gave me the van.
giggityHe essentially got half way into rebuilding the tranny and engine and lost interest.. its been sitting for a good 2-3 years with parts all over my parents basement.
I'm Ian btw, i was directed to this site by Dwane (LIQUID), he drove the flat deck that transported the beast to my place.
The engine itself is a 1600cc, i believe it was frankensteined together from other engines somewhere in Arizona.
I have to organize the mound of literature my dad gave me, until then i'm a little vague on the exact details.
It's a little ugly at the moment.
My plans are to basically get the thing mobile again. Do some minor body work to put a stop to any rotting away. I would like to source a solid engine to replace the one that is 'in' there now. Replacing all rubber seals would be good. Possibly sand blast and paint the undercarriage.
Can't forget the psychedelic murals on the side. haha.
