Boston pizza Fathers Day
« on: June 21, 2009, 03:22:07 PM »

Here's a very quick slide show due to my schedule this Fathers Day.

Lotsa attention to Gavin's ride because of its debut this summer.

great pics alan....i'll add a few that i got when i get a chance to upload them.

what a great day!!! amazing turnout and it was very cool to see so many dads & their kids out there today. sorry if i didnt get a chance to say hi and introduce my dad & uncle to everyone there...but i can tell you all that they were both incredibly impressed with every car out there today!!!

it was also very cool to see the "official canadian debut" of gavins car AND shawns car ;) !!! two different looking but two very cool and unique rides! congrats guys!!

thanks to the dvkk for putting this together and i'm hoping it continues because it sure seems like a great way to kill a couple hours on sunday!! ;D

i'm glad i got out , like many i don't drive my car enough but when i do i sure enjoy it .
tried to talk to as many as i could but was busy chasing kids around ,after all it wouldn't be fathers day lately without a bit of exercise.

the Boston pizza location is excellent and if they don't mind having there main parking area being taken up for a few hours on a Sunday .
i say the management deservers a big thank you .and i did notice many people going to the Boston pizza stop and enjoy the vw's

Alan great pictures ! myself and the girls loved the slide show .
 looking fwd to next time

Looks like a GREAT turn out and a GREAT time!

I'm really disapointed I have missed the last few cruises as I'd love the opportunity to meet a few more VW peeps.
I've been unable to even drive my cars for the last month as I just found out on Thursday that the pain I have been in for just as long is from a herniated disc in my neck. I hope to be driving again real soon, and as soon as I can... I'll see you all on the road,

Cheers.
