Hi everybody
My name is Penelope.  I drive a red 71 super beetle.  It's my first bug.  I am coming to live in White Rock from the Island.  I am excited to meet new people and make some vw friends.  I will be over this weekend.  Maybe someone can help me with something.  I just lowered my car and the front passenger side rubs when I turn left or have someone ride with me.  The fender is an after market fender and is not wide enough.  I am looking for a 71-72 fender that is in good shape.  Let me know.  Anyways hoping to see some new vdubs.

AAAWWWWWWWWW come on. Im a nice guy really. I have the  nervous twitch almost taken care of. The last time I stayed over at James, I got this severe rash that is almost gone. James wasnt there to complain to though. ;) . To know me is to love me. Penelope, welcome to White Rock, Im sure youll enjoy it here as much as I do. Remember, anything South of King George is the place to be.

Sounds like you people are  fun...or maybe a little wacky?....anyways....red snapper I saw your car at Spring Meet last weekend.  Very nice.  I read the artical and was like hey he's from White Rock....cool...that's where I gonna live...  :) As for a 73 fender  I was told that it is supposed to fit but I have heard different things.  Hey we can always give it a try.

Truth be told, Red Snapper lives in Surrey. Anything north of 16th = NOT WHITE ROCK!

But what the hell do I know? I just move from White Rock back to Slurrey :huh:

Actually the best place to live is Cloverdale (where I am) - Walking distance to the Rodeo, smell of cow poop all spring long, gotta love it!

That's right Snapper boy, your property value went up when I moved into your city... Surrey! Maybe your real estate agent should look at a map once in a while. Here's a little test for ya. OK you two....... I live in Surrey and I am proud.... Lived my whole life here..... and I got out of the hood with an edumucation! B)  I taked the evlyn hood sped reding corse :blink:

All truth be known I always say I live in South Surrey. Like that is any better..... Surrey just gets a bad wrap.. Vancouver is no better :D

Well I made it.  I moved in last night.  I will cruise be airspeed some time this week.  I will also come and check out the Coffee shop.  All my friends call me Poppy for short.  It's been my nickname since I was just a youngen.  Thanks for the welcome.
