All your light bulbs, Generator or Alt in 12 volt, I will assume your running a 1500 to 1600 engine, So if your tranny is a 6 volt and has never had a 12 volt flywheel you will need to remove some extra material from you tranny, and change the bushing for the starter.
You either need a 67 wiper motor or a volt a drop, Or you can just have a really really fast wiper motor that you might need to change every now and then. 12 volt flasher, and 12 volt starter, Or like the wiper motor, have a really fast starter for a while!!

My uncle lester just fires up a dual port and shoves it into a 6 volt tranny, Its kinda funny to watch, but works like a hot damb!!
(do not try this method, Lester is a little F&$&## up)
.
And dont hook your original radio up!! Unless it has a 12 volt selection dial on it, some of them do.

The Volvo station wagon from '79 to '86 rear window wiper is 12volt and can be modified to work
they look the same style just have a different mounting bolt pattern
not hard to adapt
cheers
