DAmn Square!!!!!!!

UGH.... Well got carbs onto the square, Mechanical pump installed, fuel lines all run. Car turns over but wont fire. I have power to the coil but cant get a damn spark from  it!!!!!!!!! I get 12V from dizzy end of coil wire... no sparky sparky

if you have those and it is turning it should fire up.

Check timming and valves adjustment.

you have 12 volts at the end of the coil wire ??  The one that plugs into the centre of the dist cap?

Correct, 12V there with ignition switched, but no spark when cranking (by trying to arc it onto a ground). Possibly a bad coil wire?

check your point gap and confirm that the points are opening/closing & check the wiring from the distributor (points) to the - terminal of the coil.

...to add to this...check all the wiring from the + & - coil terminals and the wiring under the cap of the distributor.

Well Finally got it to fire up. Seems like the Dizzy clamp was bent and wasnt seating properly. Now seems like the carbs Keep dumping fuel into the venturi. There is a little hole at the top of the body and at idle fuel pisses out of it ....

Both carbs pissing the same? Could be fuel pressure, mechanical pump or electric? if it's mechanical did you check the stroke? If it's electric what kind and do you have a regulator installed? Who set the float levels recently in your carbs?

Yup.. It`s a mechanical pump. I never thought about checking the stroke, I will do that tonight for sure.
