my uncles 1962 type 34 Razor
« on: September 16, 2008, 08:19:50 PM »
Some of you might now know of my uncle, He has been the crazy Mo-Fo Driving a 62 smashed rusty no rocker type 34.

Here are some picts of when we obtained the car from"Lightning Johnny Vzzzzzzmallllll"

A few years ago......

At first she was a nice "rat rod" got her fired up and he drove around for a year or two.
(never even changed the oil from 20 years back)

After a quick lowering job, We started to see parts fall away.....At about 110Km
Sooooooooo after a few years of bouncing love and a continued weight loss program, she was in dire need of attention.

Somehow im sure he has one.......or four

Here is the current ghia, should be in paint this week im thinking.

Front nose was 3.5 inch's in, ended up cutting the rear fog light support out and slowly inching forward.

Front inner wheel wells and lower rockers were not there at all, none of the bolts holding the left and right side were there.

Found some local lady in maple ridge that makes horse blankets, turns out she makes just a little more than that, and happened to have the perfect matching matieral for a 62 razor......What are the fricken chances of that!

She saved the pearl matierial and it came really clean after I used a little spray 9 product on it.

Just some added love.

Plans this year are to finish the bumpers, and add some short axle tubes to tuck the ass end in.

And some time in the next year to start Project #2
