I get a sinking feeling every time I see a creme colored 68 Bug still.. Until I get a closer look and find out it's not her.  I search her VIN every few months on the aircare reg.. hoping she pops up.
 Maybe she's sitting in a garage someplace (hoping), or perhaps she's in a graveyard... Figured I'd start putting the word out again.

 1968.. German car (she was shipped over in 82 if I remember correctly). Original sunroof, speedo in kms.. At the time had red lowback seats... and had an older deck carefully placed in dash.
 When I sold her, her battery pan needed replacing (had bottomed out on a curb) and there was a little repair needing on the passenger door (filler). Other than that she was pretty solid. The guy who bought her off me in Dec 99 lived local (Delta or Surrey). About a week after he bought her had crunched one of the rear fenders.

 I have reg info to match for confirmation... Looking to reunited with an old friend.

I gave this a try out of curiosity since my beetle hasn't been on the road for about 15 years. I just put in the VIN and year and up it come. Status normal.

Says normal.... Last aircare attempt was March 04.

 I need someone with an 'in' to ICBC so I can figure out where she's sitting.
