It took Best Of Show and Promoters Choice yesterday..we are definitely happy as The Classic is notoriously difficult for out of towners. RK Smith from HotVWs shot the car on Wednesday/Thursday and I believe Shin Watanabe from Japan shot it yesterday. Stephan Szantai will shoot it at GCVWS this year. Joe and I driving it in to Nicks Friday night was fun to say the least..Bap Bap Bap..
What year is this car?It looks like a 67 but not sure? Thanks,Shawn
Yep it started out as a 68 Semi Auto(hence the IRS). It may appear confusing as the dash looks more like a 67. The speedo is an electronic Auto Meter that hasn't been programmed yet. I have to find an open 2 mile stretch to set it up..

Reason I ask is my Aunt in North Van had a 68 green sunroof semi auto for 20 ++ years . I think she sold to a guy who drove bus Maybe 8 - 10 years back?
