YOM plates

Hey, just curious if anyone knows if there is any kinda legal work going through to see if having year of manufacturer plates for our old cars, i know a couple years ago in ontario the law was changed to have the old plates legit for the older cars, just seeing why its not like that out here any ideas? or has bc always had a renew plate system from way back when?

i have not even heard anything about trying to make them legal.
would be cool if they did but i would not count on it

hmm well that sucks, i know it took forever to get it to change just cause of the paperwork but it sure does look way neat rather than having a well done car with new plates, ahh well just thought id ask!

you could go for collectors plates or modified collector plates depending on the condition of your vehicle?
