Back For Sale 66 Project With Papers
« on: February 16, 2008, 04:30:54 PM »
i]I have overstayed my storage for the project. I could not secure a feasible quote for someone to do the channels and the clip and heck, I cant even get a ballpark figure for painting it. I have come to the realization that I am not able to do it as everything I do now takes three of four time the time that it would normally take.[/i]

The 66 project is apart (pan & body) and would need to be transported on two flat decks or two trips. It does have a transmission (no motor). includes extra doors and  the rear clip with apron that should be cut and installed/replaced . You will get the body, rear seat, new rubber for between pan and body, the heating channels, bolts , etc. The pan is about a 9 out of 10. The body will be about the same (9 of 10) once the rear clip (on the pictures) and the heating channels are  replaced. asking $500.00 obo

project.

I am asking $200.00 for the pan and papers. The buyer of the body is selling it as is, and asking $100.00.

So as it tands,

The body was paid for and never retrieved. I am paying half back to the owner (because he could not even give it away) and disposing of it. If someone can grab it on Sunday it will be great, If not a lot of guys will kick themselves down the road because this is a duable body.

The pan and registration have been sold to Peter and unless he get in touch with me and commit to doing what he said he would, I will get my regi back from MVB and give him back his $$$.

I should have finish the FXXXX thing but ShXX happens and you all heard the stories before so The hell with it.

imho, you can only hold/store a car/part for buyer #1 for so long without some sort of deposit or at least a reply to your emails & phone calls.

if you've got buyer #2 chomping at the bit to buy...then i'd say buyer #1 has missed the boat.

no disrespect to any of the parties involved...that's just how i see it...
