Hey!

My roller derby team (Reign Valley Vixens) is holding tryouts at the Ag-Rec in Abbotsford on Feb 16th.
We're the new Langley/Abbotsford league. We just started up in November 2007 so at this point we're welcoming skaters of all abilities.
The only requirements are:
skaters:
-must be girls
-19 or older
-have gear (elbow & knee pads, wrist guards and a helmet)
-inline skates are ok for tryouts, but for the first practice quads are mandatory.

We have tons of cool stuff coming up too! For instance, we're going to be the featured guests at the Abbotsford Taboo Sex Show in March!!

We're attempting to do our own website, only cause right now we don't have any extra money to have a good one done!
But once we do, if you're still interested.......
Then that would be cool!


Also check out Page 45 of today's (feb 8th) Langley Advance.
They interviewed me and my friend and did the feature sports story on us!

Let see, in shape women, sweat and sports.....Sounds like a no brainer to me....  Least I'd have a chance of evading them.  Speed is on my side whereas you'd be on your belly, high centered like a fish out of water.

Maybe we should start up an all boys derby team....
then you could duke it out on the track  ;)

Well Mowser and Slammedbus wouldnt make it on all boys team, they would have to play with the little league girls team!

We'll be in the Abbotsford Times tomorrow and The Langley Times sometime this week (I think!)

We've had lots of spectator offers.... Maybe we should have a $50 perv fee   ;)
