in short the DOV self destructed. At least that's what I was told. Try here, same guys for the most part. new forum

Members of thedov got tired of the format and the way the site was run in its 3rd and final form. Some members took it upon themselves to make a new forum that was like the original DOV and slowly everyone made the move. Finally the owner of thedov shut it down when the site was loosing popularity.
