i just wanted to let people know that the SMC website has been updated with results from 2007 including times and pictures, aswell as an upcoming events calender.
2007 was a great season and i want to wholeheartedly thank mike grocott and carlos soares for their participation and enthusiasm aswell as everyone else who offered support and ideas.
even tho mike had motor troubles, he had a blast and ran hard all night and promised that he'd be back next year better than ever. carlos was the first bus ever in the SMC and had some wicked heads up runs against anyone that was brave enough to take him on!!! kudos to you guys!!!
with a little more planning and a little more press, i hope that the 2008 SMC season will be bigger and better than ever. hopefully we can get more stock motored acvw's out on the track so the owners can partake in some good ole' fashioned FUN!!!
