Planning to do some hard line AN fittings for my fuel system.

where you at?
i live in the langley area and have a cheapy one i bought not sure how well it will work.
i plan on using it this weekend but after that you are more than welcome to use it if your local

Thanks for the offer, but I plan on doing this over the course of the winter. So if i did borrow it, you probably won't see it back until next season.

especially at the rate I do things... maybe even next year.

I'm on upgrading my deadhead fuel system to a return style as a stepping stone to fuel injection. Right now the system is a mix of hard line and also SS line. Unfortunately the transition between the two is using hose clamps. Need to switch this to at least AN so it can handle the higher pressures.

When I did my fuel system I used AN adapters that takes hard line to 37 DEG - no tools needed and works well. I opted to run 3/8 AL line for both the feed and the return.

Hey James,

I saw those fittings as well and i thought of using them. however, I've only seen them rated up to 25 PSI. I'll probably be running a higher pressure then that.

I was planning on using SS hard line; would i have to use SS nut and sleeve AN fittings or can I get away with aluminum fittings?
