show up , line up and take your chances from being tossed into fry with the others


.....i hear my car looks great from behind at 120 mph +  :D

Dont you have to do 120 mph first?


I guess I can see what I can get done on my car in the next few days, need to make some tech changes before I can race again.

That and arrange for a backup mode of transport.

Where were all you guys last Friday??? I was hoping for some help understanding the graphs from my LM-1 which I finally got to log a few runs. Wayne

don't ask,i kicked myself many times during that day as i was good to go for the t&t as well.
if you save the logs on your computer ,then host them and supply a link ,and as long as anyone has  logworks downloaded on there computer they can be openned up and viewed.
anytime you need help with them let me know and we can set something up

anyone thinking of coming to race OR watch should do it. it's the last friday night of the season, so we gots to party like its 1999!!!

good times in mission tonight. jim, danny & chris all had their acvws out terrorizing the other imports. sherry & ashley (jims wife & daughter), rob, lanny & myself were there to offer moral support. ;)

there must have been a little extra mission manure in the air because each racer had their own unique \"magical\" moment (i'll let let them tell the tales) B) .

the best was jim spending half the time on his last run sideways  :o . we all had to change our undies after that one (i changed with danny, danny changed with chris, chris took jim's....no-one wanted lanny's!)

i'll start a post in the photo gallery in a bit.

good times....cheers to all that showed up!!

A fun night, some real sleepers out in the domestic class. A new 300 wagon running 12's on giant wheels/neon etc. A 67ish Buick Skylark that looked like grandma's 6 cylinder grocery getter, running low 12's. The 12 second 4 door Neons were pretty surprising. MMM beef jerky...

slicks +cold damp track + nitrous = one hairy ride.

crazy night for sure ,i think all mission staff were glad to get rid of all 3 vw beetle's that night.
man they hate my exhaust :D

well at least the motor and trans stays in this winter ,so come march will be back for the first test and tune.
i don't have alot of luck with the evening races,next year if i go evening again it will be in outlaw.way safer,those guys now how to stay out of the sand.

good to see all that came out and looking forward to next year already

Jim,

That is why I dont go to street night legals at this time of year. 2 yrs ago I went 45 degrees in 2nd gear with slicks on a late night fall street legal night. Pulled a 12.7 and was absolutely pissed.

T&T is the only way to go. I will only go to a street legal for the DVKK drag night and thats it.

thats what we were talking about during the drive home and agreed that that's the only way to go. way more advantages to the daytime tnt's that make it so worthwhile.

 Since Mission is a \"race\" track you might consider \"racing\" sometime? Not only is it daytime but they actually prep the track for traction as well. Keep your eyes on the BCSupershifter site and try to come out to one (or more) of the races next season. You will always be welcome by at least some of us though the V8 boys aren't too happy with Terry H. winning it all again in his bug. (I think that's 5 time champion now?)
