Bellinghams First Vw Cruise

It's about time someone in Bellingham got something together (someone with the time  ). It was called Beetlemania but they let other VWs come as well. Mostly new but there was a decent showing of AC there as well. There is talk about turning it into an actual car show within the next year or two. We just made a big loop around the city that took about 1/2 hour to 45 minutes. Not much but it was a good start. To bad the weather didn't cooperate. I only took a picture of the staging area. At least you can see the turnout.

The cruise was on Sunday (16th).

On Friday when I got home from work, my daughter asked if I could do some body work on her bug (she played chicken with a guard rail on a corner). I took it apart, pounded it out, put on some bondo and primer and she was in the cruise on Sunday (tan bug on left side, she's standing next to it). Got some good dad points on that one B)
