what clutch do you guys reconmend for a street car in the past use to use 1700# kenndys the spring one never never had a problem guess now kennedy dosent reconmend them for my use the say use a stage 2 so any help would be great the car will see some track time its  82x90, 42x37 welded heads 48 IDA k-8 with 1-4 rockers

I do like my copperhead disk.  I dont side step but the clutch does have \"give\" to soften the blow to the trans.

I'll try my daiken superdisc one of these days but my copperhead did give me a 1.51 60ft.

Yup,

I do like the copperhead and it apparently has a less aggressive bite than a super daiken. You might consider either disk but sometimes you might want a slower 60ft if it saves your 1st gear from grenading.

Dont get me wrong but there are alot of big boys using the cheap daiken disk. Cost factor wise the super daiken is a great cheap disk. You can almost buy 3 daiken disks to 1 copperhead.    

I'll try the daiken perhaps next year but my copperhead disk I'm using is about 5yrs old with aprox 15000km's on it.

would the daiken or copper head work for strictly a street car.
engine is a 2007 have no pressure plate or clutch yet.
probably will never see the track any recomendations??

Russ i would think a stage two with a copperhead would give you the best of both worlds..  ;)

The stock clutch and disc are good to 130 ft lbs torque.
