yah, I noticed that too.  maybe they are a one off thing, or a very rare accessory from back in the day.

flat black with all the chrome and red fender beading = cool!

Most likely they are from an american car pre 60's if you took the picture into a hotrod type store they could tell ya.

I think they might be off a harley or indian, they look good. i t looks like his bumper is tied on in that 2nd pic
