lanny & his co-pilot henry, gary economy, carlos & his co-pilot jason (i think that was his name  ;) ) and myself met and despite the sketchy weather drove out to the cruise-in in richmond. good turnout, lanny & gary's car were very well recieved, ran in to gavin there, mike grocott showed up in his squareback and handed out flyers for the wcsd (i'm totally stoked for this weekend, btw B) ) and a good time was had by all.....until it started pissing rain and there was a mass evacuation....

lanny & gary....i hope you guys made it home allright without messing up the cars too bad.  B)

and a shaky video of the cruise there. if you look closely, you can see lanny & gary giving me the single-finger-salute.....

It's good to see some awesome vw's represented. But it also good to see some good ole american steel, with incrediblely good styling. Too  bad the 70's, 80's and 90's was such a disappointing era for the american car manufacturers.

I was looking forward to having a look at lannys car but I did not get there until 9:10 pm. It's nice to see that you guys could come out to Richmond and have a look at what takes place on Thursday nights. The weather was a bit of a problem that is wy there was not as much cars as there is on a sunny night. I hope that you guys come back out on a night when the sun is out. I had a hard time driving home in my car the rain came down hard on the way home and let me tell ya driving in the rain on street slicks is know fun. Good luck to everyone on Sunday at the show as I will not be able to make it out to have a look. :D
