Seniors (65+): $8.50

Sunday will host the fastest growing show on the westcoast! With the first Canadian swap meet of the season and a full compliment of water and aircooled cars and buses!

We have been very successful this year with getting more vendors and sponsors involved. We are collecting up the giveaway schwag everyday!

Date : June 24th 2007

Place : South Surrey Athletic Park (Softball City) located at 20th Avenue & 148th Street, Surrey

We will have the grills going for some of those great burgers and some awesome music as well! The water park will be open too!

Be sure to check out our club website for more details and we will post here as well!

There is an automatic mailing list that you can sign up for to keep up to date on all the details on our website www.dglvk.com/mail

for the lowest non adjustable suspension, can you have beam adjusters that are welded up?

IIRC this class is for non-air and non hydraulic adjustable cars, so if you can change the ride height on the fly then you dont qualify.

This is a great show that I know everyone looks forward to every year. Everyone needs to help these guys out and make sure this show is around for a long time.

What can we do to help them?

Sponsorship is always a big one. If you know someone with a business who would be interested in helping out, (they always announce the sponsors on the PA all day as well as include them on flyers and web sites) A great way to get some exposure.

If your on another forum what ever it is,DOV,VVWC, I support Stripper Moms.com.....whatever. Just spread the word and make this a huge event.

Bring the family, It's not just a car event these guys have it at a nice location with Play area for the kids, water park BMX track. Lots to do while the event is going on.

With all the VW shops closing we need to support those who keep the old VW's alive and these are one of the groups that do it.

Geoff.

Any word on what the movies will be or is it just a regular night at the Drive-In with whatever is playing that week? Sounds like a cool pre-event either way.

Unfortunately we were unable to make a commitment to get a private function, so it will be whatever movies are playing.  Hopefully they will be good ones.
