Tow Hitch?

Anyone in the area that would be able to make me a custom hitch.. or have an idea of how to go abouts it?
Also interested in having some custom ramps made (I have an idea of design).

One of my customers owns E&H hitch in Langley. His name is Lars and hed probably be the guy to ask.
