Happieness is.....
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

a nice sunny but cool day(like today is after weeks of yuk) and putting 5 co-workers in my '65 Bus and taking them to lunch and hearing them talk trash about riding in a 42 year old VW but also seeing them all smiling and cracking up at the same time. They laugh at how slow it is, how loud it is, how it smells, I just keep on smiling and enjoying the journey. And it gives these guys an opportunity to see life from the Bus perspective. Good stuff.

one fun trick for those people who are unfamiliar with buses it to turn into a tight parking spot and watch your front seat passenger reach for the grab handle.

I remember doing the same a couple years ago in a 64 bus I had. No middle seat, but I had 2 other bodymen and 5 painters piled in for the trip to Wendy's at lunch. everyone smiling ear to ear!!

did that with 6 guys from work, we all headed to Mt Seymour for some boarding and the best was the guy in the seat behind the me kept telling me to close my window as he was getting splashed with water and it ended up that he stuffed his skis in the corner of the floor and now water was getting sprayed up off the tires right into his face :P

I love watching the passengers hammer on the imaginary brakes when coming up to a stopped vehicle
