This past Sunday my friend Bruce and I did a front end swap in the white panel van. We instaled a adjustable beam to get it down and a give it a small rake until i lower the back and instal some wheels.
Before pic...

beam is out and ready to swap parts

here it is with the beam out.

and all done! Looks much better now.

Thanks Kombikruiser, This one is more my work bus but i will fix it up with some wheels/tires and lower it a little more. My main project is the 69 panel with the 2.7L 911 motor, that one will be my keeper

Once the 911 Panel is done i may sell the white bus or keep using it for the AirSpeed shop truck. Looks like i will put some 911 wheels on it this week and the new Airspeed large logo's

Not hiring at the moment but we may in the Spring.

as for the motor, It's a 1976 2.7L (not a RS) somewhere around 170-180hp with emissions and FI. I have upgraded to tripple Weber 48 ida's and header to try and get somr more HP.

Thats rad man. I have a 69 that im lookin at putting either a rake on... or lowering all together... what all did you need to do to lower the front ... how much did that set you back?

B Easy, The front lowered beam is $549, That will allow you raise or lower your front end to the height you like.
OR you can buy just the adjusters and instal them yourself but you do need some special tools.

Since that pic was take the back has been lowered as well and now looks much better.
Here is a shot from Sept on the way to California.

Pointblank, The Blue van will be a Sump Bumper.....well it has a dry sump so I guess it wont hit but the case will
