Disk Brakes Are Good!

One of the best investments I ever made have to be the wide five front disk brake kit.
The true test came today on my way through White Rock some knucklehead ran a stop sign, I slammed on the brakes and missed the d!%K and came screeching halt about 1 foot from the fruckers door!

Mucho braking power

If more power is better. Then too much is just enough.
Why do it once when you can do it thrice?

just make sure to keep your rears adjusted regularly or them front tires tend to lock up and that when things get interesting  :o      i installed a set of ghia disc's on my 72 and i must agree the stopping power is VERY VERY nice!! this summer i had a lady turn left infront of me while i was going straight in the intersection...i braked so hard that it jarred my steering box loose!! it only took me half of the intersection to completly stop from 50kmh. needless to say i was very impresed and it saved my ride...just please give yourself lots of room to brake in wet weather (not that it rains much here  ) yuh huh SURE

Old Ghia driver's trick:
When it's wet, pre-load the rear brakes a click or two with the e-brake. Sort of a primitive brake bias adjuster.
