« on: August 13, 2004, 08:51:14 PM »
Please anyone living in the tri-cities area be on the lookout for a late model honda or mazda squarish back like a protege blue in color. Unique feature is 2 blue neon projection lights on dash. Driver involved in a 4 on 1 severe beating with a baseball bat on my 16 Yr old nefew. He went in for life saving brain oporation this week.  Beating took place at 7-11 POCO  Sun eve , 10 minutes  later group  beat a kid at the dairy queen.  If you see or know this car please record licence plate #  and forward it to me or Coq RCMP   thanks  Marcel
Ps  police will be upgrading this investigation.

Nephew is in a induced coma for now,  Car is a local car as i see it pass my house periodically in evenings  Those lights on dash catch your eye.  To bad i did't have presence of mind to catch licence #.  The investigating officer was his last shift ,went on leave, at time filed an assault.  He dosn't know what has transpired. Commanding officer says it will be upgraded to a criminal  investigation and possible attempted murder, as it was life threataning.  We meet tomorrow as officer will be back on shift.

My regards to you and you Family, I hope as well as all the rest of us, that your nephew will recover.
What is with young people these days? what do they think they have to prove, buy doing such horrible things to people with the same color blood as them, when I was a young punk(hasn't changed) sure I did silly things, but never, NEVER would I try to harm someone, or someones property. I think its an absolute disgrace. There needs to bee more respect among fellow humans in this world.

My thoughts are with you/nephew/family, I live a few blocks from you, marcel, I'll keep an eye open for that car.

Were these youth that did it?

Man that sucks. Sorry to hear about it.
Hopefully your nephew will be OK.
Same thing happened to me about 7 years ago but they used bottles instead. 16 stitches later. Now I have to see them every time I look in the mirror. But enough of that...

I know some guys in PoCo that know some pretty low-rent people.
I'll call 'em and let you know if I come up with anything.

Those cowardly little shits should be shot and pissed on! ]:(

Hey marcel,

That's awful about your nephew....I hope he recovers. God, thats so awful. My condolenses to your family through this awful time.

Poco is changing so fast... I have lived there since I was seven adn the stories you are hearing about the way teens are acting now are incredibly scary.

I'll let my Poco friends know to keep an eye out for the car.
