I have to agree with Jim Martin. For the amount of money spent on paying somebody to tune IDAs, you could buy an air fuel ratio meter, and do it yourself. (Easy, but expensive.)
Or you could do it the cheaper way, and learn to read spark plugs. Get a tuning book from your local library, with some colour pictures of spark plug electrodes. (Labour intensive, but cheap.)
Either way you go, you're still going to have to have some jets on hand.
What jets do you have in the carbs right now? What do the spark plugs say?
