One of the comments: This was in north Fort Worth, in the Fossil Ridge area. I saw this car at a bar/restaurant in the area just before the crash. The owner was being an a-hole and parking sideways across a couple handicapped spots. Feel bad for the passenger, he may not have known what he was getting into.
