Cv Joint Grease

Do my cv joints require a certain grease or can I use straight lithium grease? Thanks in advance.

Pretty sure you're supposed to use a Molybdenum Disulfide EP (extreme pressure) grease.

You're correct. I think Canadian Tire actually sells something they call \"CV grease\".
Basically moly disulfide grease. Wear some surgical gloves when you're packing the CVs. That black stuff stains your skin.
