Is the rust on the pan? would it be drivable with and engine added?

i found a 63 body that is a better starting point for a resto then
my previous one.

it will be interesting to see how things come together...

i am keeping the pan,
the heather channel on the passenger rear is rusted
a hole behind the quarter window
two fender nuts rusted out, one on each rear.
the rear apron has been removed

if you were desperate you could drive it, hell i was up till begining of october.
