The new bug has all the power and the looks but was surprised that it only had stock drum brakes all round what upgrades can I use, thing sure does shift but dont stop too well.

If your looking for disc brakes for the 66-77 STD Beetle, 66-74 Ghia fronts are a direct bolt on...If you can find used otherwise we or any VW shop should be able to get you what you need.

Buy them through airspeed, you'll save huge compared to buying them over there.
