Hate to disappoint you guys but it's photochopped. The owner is or was a member at VolksRods a while back and that was one of his \"plans\" for his car. I'll see what I can dig up but like I said it was a while ago.

Here's what I found. The car is in Australia and the owner is not a VolksRods member but there was some discussion on it way back in September. They started building it but I have no idea if it was ever finished. CLICK HERE for build pictures. The site hasn't been updated in a long time.
