as it say's, i need adjusters for both sides. mine are seized and won't move. also is there an easy way to get them out of the housings or can i just change them as well.

Take the housings off the backing plates and cook them with a torch, grab the adjuster with vice grips and start twisting, they usually break loose. If all else fails there's these; http://www.cip1.ca/ProductDetails.asp?Prod...2D609%2D205%2DA

take the bolt thingy part out of the star adjuster , find an extra long bolt (longer than the piece you just took out) of the same thread and size , thread that into the star adjuster untill it bottoms out in the hole then just keep going . The bolt should force the adjuster out. Good luck.
