Hello ,is the upper hinge pin threaded in.I would like to remove it with out damageing the hinge.Iam afraid to heat it up do to panel warp. I used liqiud wrench and wacked with a hammer no movement.Any advice would be great thank you

It's a press fit.
The only method that seems to work well is heating it, then support the hinge and use an airhammer to drive it out.

the best way i have found with out heat or beating the piss out of it till the hinge falls off is to take the door and put the hinge in a vise. Use a bigger socket on the top of the hinge that goes over the pin and a short punch on the bottom and press it out. it is tricky with one person but it can be done.
