Welldone for having the balls to do something, I hope it works for you and ya buddies.
I met Alex my wife at a hospice for people with HIV where we were both working which was totally non profit.
It had all the makings of a great place that gave hope , to people with no hope, but boy it was run from the heart and not the head.
People unfortunately dont always share your enthusiasim for doing good, but that can make certain people more determind, there was a lot of cap in hand and begging to keep the place going.
I am not sure that I knew that much about how they ran it so I cannot give you specific advice, just to say dont be put off if it is what you want to do.
